Iron Wire

Iron wire is a kind of metal wire, which is made of iron. According to the different application, the compositions are not the same. Iron wire can be divided into many models according to the thickness.

Hot rolling the metal billet into a 5mm thick steel bar, and then put it into drawing device to make wires with different diameter, and then gradually narrow the aperture of drawing. After cooling, annealing, coating and other processing, the iron wire is made to different specifications.

1)   Q195

Contents: C:0.06-0.12, Mn:0.25-0.50, Si:≦0.30, S:≦0.050, P:≦0.045

2) Q235

Contents: C:0.14-0.22, Mn:0.30-0.65, Si: ≦0.3, S: ≦0.05, P: ≦0.045
