Black Annealed Wire is also known as oil painted black iron wire or black mild steel wire, and it is offered in the form of coil wire, tie wire or cut into straight wire. The wire is made of carbon steel wire, used for weaving, baling in general, applied for home use and the construction.
Material: low carbon steel wire through the process of wire drawing, acid washing, rust removing and annealing.
Surface treatment: black iron wire can be annealed into black annealed wire.
Processing: with low carbon steel wire, through drawing and electric galvanizing.
Annealing:
Anneal is to low the tensile strength of wire. The stove is solid and built with red bricks. The architecture of anneal stove is cuboid . Different thickness of wire require different temperature. Range is from 700°C to 900°C. Output of the anneal stove, the tensile strength is 400N~600N.
Packing
1 . inside plastic film , outside woven bag .
2 . inside plastic fime , outside hessian cloth .
3 . small coil packing with water-proof paper , the packing with carton or wooden case .
