The electro galvanized wire has two raw material, the low carbon steel Q195 and Q235. Before the formal product is made, it has o go through the drawing, annealing, acid washing and galvanizing. Due to the features of this product, like bright surface and a good corrosion resistance. The electro galvanized wire has been widey used in many areas, the agriculture, building, construction and wire mesh industries.
The wire diameter ranges from 0.25mm to 4.0mm, usually goes in 0.3kg-1000kg per coil. After years of experimenting, we’ve improved the coating zinc quantity to 25g/m2, which is very high comparing with other companies in the market.
The electro galvanization is a form of zinc electro plating where a thin layer of zinc is electrically and chemically bonded to steel in order to protect against rust and corrosion.
In the electro galvanizing process, the bare steel wires will be fully sank in the saline or the zinc bath. The electricity is used to move electrons from the zinc (anode) and bond them to the steel (cathode).
The zinc layer ban be applied as the barrier layer on the top of the steel to prevent corrosion environment. Thus it can protect the underlying steel or iron. With the designed machine, the iron wire will be formed into the strands and then the strands are helically formed into the finished cable or wire rope configuration.
When the process in finished, the electro coating layer is smooth,drip-free and shiny. Then the electro wire will be ideal for architectural or other applications.
